Beaux Bryant is the founder of Creative Kinetics Pilates and Physiotherapy. She trained in Physiotherapy at Brunel University, London, and completed her rotations at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. Following this, she worked for a number of other NHS and private health organisations, and ran a privately owned Pilates business in London.
Beaux first experience of Pilates began whilst training as a contemporary dancer at the Laban Centre for movement and dance. Later, whilst training as a Physiotherapist, she attended work experience at the Royal Ballet School, and was fortunate to observe the Pilates instructor putting the dancers through their paces, it was then that she decided to train as a Pilates Instructor herself. Subsequently, she has attended four different training courses (Micheal King Pilates Institute, APPI, Pilates Foundation matwork instructor, Pilates Foundation pre/postnatal instructor). Whilst completing her Physiotherapy rotations at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, London, she unfortunately suffered low back pain working on the wards. Pilates has been instrumental in healing and managing her condition, and is one of the reasons she enjoys teaching it so much.
