September always feels like a new year with memories of “back to school” and at Pure Moves this Autumn we have plenty of new opportunities to fulfil any new resolutions made over the summer break…
We have two new Pilates teachers joining us, Trish Smith who will be running a new Monday evening Equipment Class and Jane Langley who will start a new Mat Class for Beginners on Thursday evenings.
We also have a new Yoga teacher, Ruth King – who we featured in June Newsbites. Ruth will be leading weekly classes in Mama Love Yoga (for mothers and babies) and Slow Yinyasa Yoga plus a one-day Women’s Wisdom Workshop.

Roofing Works – Thank you to all clients attending classes, workshops and therapists this summer while Pure Moves is having a beautiful new roof! Unfortunately this work has overrun but we are running classes at Pure Moves despite the scaffolding and we are confident it will be finished in early September.
