Please note that teachers must get every new client to fill in a form on the day they attend and that they should keep a register of such or a list of names of people who attend every session with a date above it for insurance purposes.
Main Studio hire rates
One-off workshops:
- £20 per hour (weekend)
- £140 per day (weekend)
- Not-for-profit – price negotiable
Weekly/regular classes:
Between 1pm and 4pm = £19 per hour (1.5 hr = £28.50)
Before 1pm and after 4pm = £26 per hour (1.25hr = £32.50)
This will still include your 10 min set up and 10min break down time and
storage of your own mats, or use of Pure Moves mats where appropriate.
Therapist Room Hire Rates
The minimum room hire charge for Pure Moves therapy rooms is 8 hours per month £70.40 based on 8 hours of the treatment room hourly rate.
Window Room
- Half hour – £8.75 per hour
- Hourly – £11 per hour
- 3+ hours – £10.25 per hour
- 6+ hours – £10 per hour
Treatment Room
- Half hour – £6.75
- Hourly – £8.80 per hour
- 3+ hours – £8 per hour
- 6+ hours – £7.75 per hour
We include a page for you on our website to help you promote your services.
The minimum room hire fee will be waived for the first 2 months of any new therapist starting their practice here.
There is no minimum hire charge for the months of August and December in each year.

We offer additional promotion of your event that includes:

What to do if you would like to hire our space
Please email our office and provide a statement of intent or a similar document about what work you propose to do at Pure Moves.
If we decide to go ahead with your booking, you will need to provide photocopies of the following:
- An up-to-date Public Liability Insurance document
- A certificate of your training
- A membership body certificate if applicable.
- 2 references (with contact details of referees) from the last places you have worked or if not relevant, then 2 personal referees.
- A CV
- An up to date First Aid Certificate, which is highly desirable but not essential.
Once the hire has been agreed we require a £75 initial joining fee. This includes your website page (therapists only), keys, administration services for Google Calendar, and general set up costs.
We will then provide you with:
- A contract to sign and a “Guidelines for Therapists” document
- A set of keys which are signed for plus alarm/locking up instructions
- A show-round re using the “Therapist In” sign, where to remove shoes, using lights & heaters, emergency procedures and information etc.
We will require from you:
- You will need to provide a photo plus the actual text about yourselves that you would like to have loaded onto the website.
- A £50 UNDATED cheque deposit that will be held on file.
- Please note that there is a £45 a year advertising fee. Pure Moves advertises in the Frome Times, in many local Parish magazines, and on specialist Therapy websites. We print and distribute leaflets to local public places and homes.
