understanding the body we can work towards a positive picture of natural and sustainable
healthiness. Acupuncture empowers ones own healing abilities while the blocks or imbalances that
are holding back that natural ability are cleared, creating a sense of balance that can be felt
physically but also emotionally. In fact with my practice the inclusion of emotional health is often
paramount to the overall picture and treated indistinguishably with the physical body.

What does it treat?
Acupuncture is relevant for nearly all ailments because of its total approach to the human system.
It is as effective for working on acute and chronic pain problems in the muscular, skeletal system
as it is for helping navigate emotional hurdles such as anxiety and depression. If you have a

About me
I’m Henry, I’ve been a qualified acupuncturist for 10 years and studied the Chinese Medicine BSc
(Hons) degree at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. At this school we learned in depth
the Traditional Chinese Medicine approach to acupuncture but also just as importantly we learnt
the 5 Element style too which means I have the ability to meet your needs on different levels. I care
deeply about the long term development of patients and a big part of this work for me is to help
people reach their potential and overcome the deeper challenges that our patterns present us.
Holistic work can bring about the positive shifts that seem impossible sometimes and I will always
be ready support you in that journey. My treatment environment is of non-judgement, compassion
and confidentiality guided by the beauty of an ancient wisdom that is contained in Chinese
Medicine. Everyone is welcome.
