NEW! INTRODUCTION TO PILATES With Jane Langley and Liz Chandler
Dates: 8 September to 20 October
Time: Thursdays at 8:10pm to 9:10pm
Cost: £63 (£9 per class for x7 weeks)

A new Pilates mat class suitable for complete beginners. This class will be taught jointly by Liz Chandler (supervising teacher) and Jane Langley (newly qualified teacher). Jane completed her final training and qualified as a Pilates teacher this summer.

This will be a new class aimed at beginners so no need for a 1:1. Do recommend to any friends or family who you know have been meaning to join a Pilates class as this is a rare opportunity to start with a new class.
