In this one-day workshop we will delve into and explore: How we can live as self-loving and empowered beings in our day to day lives? What this means? and what it looks like to us?
‘We often hear about loving the self, but what does this really mean and what does it feel like?’
Some of the tools we may use are:
- Yin/Hatha Yoga with Pranayama
- Guided Meditations on the self, deep relaxation, self-love/exploration and empowerment.
- Reflexology as a tool for self-healing and connection.
- Mantra and voice exercises to open and express ourselves.
As a group we will go on a journey into the hearts wisdom we all have innate within us. You will leave with essential tools and understanding so that you can continue with your own personal practice and integrate this into your daily lives.
