The Back/Rehab class is a specialist class catering for those clients with complex pathologies or medical histories where a general Pilates class would not be appropriate, it also would be beneficial for those who simply need extra help in acquiring the Pilates technique.

There would never be more than 4 in each group, to allow for increased individual attention.This new class is in addition to the class led by Sophy Griffiths on Thursdays at 2pm.

NB Back care/Rehab classes are booked in monthly or x4 week blocks.
