A Sound Bath Meditation is a combination of Meditation and Sound Healing with the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
The session begins with some simple movements to wake the body up. You will then be guided into a lying down Somatic Meditation helping to ground the body and release tension, this leads into a sound journey with the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.
The Crystal Singing Bowls have a deep resonance with the human body allowing it to release, relax, and reboot. You will leave feeling more connected and more open.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes and bring a cushion and a blanket.
