A keen runner herself this will be a Pilates mat class especially tailored for those of you who have an interest in running or in sports that include running.

The class will be based on the specific biomechanical requirements of running, within a Pilates framework and through this target the key running muscles. Exercises to promote good running form will be included along with those to help avoid common running injuries.

Participants will need to have done at least one term of mat classes.
