A day of yoga, Pilates, reflection and meditation
with Liz Chandler and Bea Fritzsching

Spend a day with Bea and Liz, focusing on awakening your senses and connecting with yourself. Through movement, awareness and meditation bring in light and breath, helping to shift stagnation in body and mind. Allow yourself to be taken on a grounding journey to support you in times of uncertainty, helping your spirit and life force to flourish in 2021.
We have planned the day as a whole (a mini retreat), weaving the themes throughout. If you prefer there is the option to attend in the morning or afternoon alone.

Venue: your location, we will be using zoom for this online day retreat and we will send you the link at time of booking.
Class levels: The level of classes will be mixed, however it is advised you have experience in either yoga or Pilates, but you do not need experience in both disciplines to participate in the whole day. If required we will give variations to challenge or to aid.
A recording will be provided and if you can’t make the day contact us about receiving a recording instead. If you can’t attend online for any reason then why not join us in person in Morocco in April (fingers crossed).

Bea’s Yoga classes (bi-lingual)
Thursdays 18:30 – 19:30 UK time Yin Yang class : All levels. A class that blends both strong posture work along relaxing Yin poses. Overall pace is calm and steady.
Fridays 9:00 – 10:00 UK time Good morning yoga: A flowing class to inspire, realign after the week and get you ready for the week end! Includes short meditation, breath work and posture sequences
Liz’s Pilates classes
Mondays 16:30 – 17:30 slow beg, 17:45 – 18:45 fast beg/exp
Wednesdays 18:00 -19:00 beg/exp., 19:15 -20:15 intermediate, 20:30 – 21:30 beg/exp
Thursdays 8:45 – 9:45 beg/exp, 10:00 – 11:00 fast exp. 11:15 – 12:15 intermediate, 12:30 – 13:30 gentle / rehab
We are both available for online 1:1 sessions.
