Staggeringly as it is not routinely tested for, most people are not aware they have it until experiencing a bone fracture.
Please note you do not have to have a diagnosis to sign up, you may wish to attend purely as a preventative measure.
If you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis we will need to know your T – score.
Unfortunately the classes will not be suitable for people with extreme grades of osteoporosis, however we may be able to accommodate you in a 1;1 situation.
