About Bea:
Bea initially studied circus and theatre in the UK, subsequently working as a professional trapeze artist. This is when she first encountered Yoga (at the Brixton Lido) which quite literally put her feet back on the ground. The practise of movement and breath offered both physical discipline and a sense of home coming. She never looked back and has trained with some amazing masters of the art of yoga in India and Europe, spanning almost three decades.

She completed her diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga and now lives in Berlin offering classes, teacher training and coaching. Her further teacher training include yin, yoga nidra, meditation and pregnancy yoga.

Bea also holds a Pilates qualification in mat work.  This has been very beneficial in her 1:1 work and Bea was the only Yoga teacher that was invited to teach at the respected and leading Pilates studio in Berlin, A -Pilates.

Bea has recently published an article about the use of Yoga in care homes and is certified by the German health insurances. Her students like her calm, her sense of humour and precise instructions, allowing for a sense of ease and positivity, stimulating the release of tensions in body and mind.
